What we don't touch: natural fibers like wool or silk, and anything with viscose in it. Those need a shop with big machines that wash, wring, and dry the piece right away. Nobody can do that safely in your living room — so we'd rather turn the job down than ruin your rug.

We can do a refresh clean on those — dust, bacteria, and everything else living in the fabric comes out. But that's it, and here's why: the chemistry strong enough to break down stains would wreck linen and cotton. So we go gentle, and gentle doesn't lift much.

So if your sofa just needs freshening up, we're good. If it's got old stains, heavy soil, or you've already tried scrubbing it yourself — we'd be taking your money for a job we can't finish. Linen especially just doesn't let go.

Yes. And one piece of advice: if something spills on your mattress, don't try to scrub it out yourself. Call us instead.

Almost every mattress has cotton somewhere in the top layers, and cotton doesn't behave like synthetic fabric — it needs a completely different approach. Old blood and urine stains are the tough ones, because cotton slowly stains itself over time, and once it's dyed, that's permanent.

So the sooner you call, the better your odds. Fresh spots come out. Old ones are a gamble.

Yes. Our equipment is portable — it goes wherever we go.

If your building has an elevator, any floor works and there's no charge for it.

No elevator? We'll haul the gear up one or two flights for free. Past that, there's a small lift fee — that gear is heavy, and someone's carrying it on their back.

Honestly, no — not 100%. Stain removal is chemistry. One spot can be three different things mixed together, each needing a different product. And if it's been scrubbed with a store-bought cleaner already, that can lock it into the fiber for good. Same with deep odors — sometimes they've soaked below the layers we can reach.

Here's what we do promise: the right chemistry, the right technique, and a trained tech every time. We get the most out of your carpet that's physically possible.

A urine spot isn't one thing — it's three, and each one needs its own product:

• The stain itself (the yellow) — an acidic product breaks it down.
• The biological part — an enzyme product eats it.
• The smell — a dedicated odor remover.

So we work it in three passes. There's no single bottle that handles all three, and that's exactly why the store-bought stuff often makes things worse: the wrong chemistry doesn't remove the spot, it seals it into the fiber.

Classic water mark. Here's the trick nobody tells you: it's not about what you put in, it's about what you pull back out.

When you wet one spot, the water spreads out and stops somewhere. Right at that edge — where wet meets dry — all the minerals from the water and the cleaner pile up and dry there. That line is your ring.

That's why we never clean just a spot. We do the whole piece, seam to seam, and pull the moisture back out with a strong vacuum. No edge, no ring.

We buy the best stuff on the market — and it's not the cheap stuff. But strong doesn't have to mean nasty. Everything we use is eco-friendly and safe for your home.

And we don't stop at cleaning. We finish every job with a rinse that pulls the product back out of the fiber, so nothing's left sitting in your carpet after we leave. Clean, fresh, and safe to live on — that's the whole point.
